You can choose a complete meal or a tasting lunch “a la carte”, as also any of our menus, to experience all the flavor of an authentic Basque cuisine

THE BASQUE CUISINE ACCORDING
MRS. ADELAIDA AIZPEOLEA

Adelaida, in 1997,  created to Zerain a menu of traditional basque cuisine. The basque cuisine she used to eat as a child, which she perfected in the cooking courses they used to do in San Sebastian the young women of Guipuzcoa. She chose traditional dishes prepared at the time, to keep intact the taste of our excellent ingredients, carefully selected for their quality. In the kitchen of Zerain we have passion for the good food made with fresh and natural products, cooked with extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar of biological origin, garlic, onion, pepper, sea salt and an holm oak charcoal grill
